<p>Your body is preparing to protect you from the danger, so it does various things to get you ready to escape or defend yourself.  Your heart rate is increased, you begin to sweat, and instead of serving your digestion and immune system, your blood is supplies to your large muscles.  In addition to the physiological effects of anxiety, thoughts and emotions change.</p>
<p><strong>Anxious Thoughts and Emotions</strong></p>

<p><strong>What are Essential Oils?</strong></p>
<p>Essential oils are the pure liquids obtained from many plants and trees from all over the world. The oil is called  essential because it holds the natural essences  of the trees or plants. The pure oil is used in natural  aromatherapy, a type of alternative medicine. Aromatherapy relies on the use of many different essential oils to produce an uplifting or calming therapeutic outcome. The oil can be used to help in the resolving  of skin troubles , arthritis , bronchitis and coughs, anemia, anorexia, fatigue, migraine headaches and also anxiety and stress related disorders.</p>
<p><strong>Mandarin Oil</strong></p>
<p>Mandarin essential oil, also known as tangerine essential oil, has a number of uses in aromatherapy. The natural oils are  drew out by a method of  cold expression of the outer peel of the fruit and has a light, citrus aroma. Mandarin oil is helps to suppress negative depressed moods and create positive balanced, calm and tranquil feelings. It is also used as an antiseptic and for digestive problems. <p><strong>Melissa Oil</strong></p>
<p>Melissa is also known as Lemon Balm and has been used therapeutically for centuries. This essential oil is created via  steam distillation of the flowers, leaves and stems of the Melissa plant. Melissa calms the nerves and is also used to ease depression. This oil can also relieve headaches and is also a strong antiviral. Melissa essential oil has also been used  to ease insect bites and as an aid to skincare .</p>
<p><strong>Ylang Ylang Oil</strong></p>
<p>Ylang Ylang is an essential oil used widely in perfumes but also has many therapeutic uses in aromatherapy. The flowers of the plant have a very floral, strong and exotic scent . When used in aromatherapy remedies, Ylang Ylang can create harmony and balance and help with some milder sleeping disorders and stress. Well that addage definitely applies in the business world, since an office is often the first thing potential clients see. Therefore, it should reflect the look you are trying to cultivate - I'm successful.</p>

Items researched included fabrics, ergonomic features, styles and warranty information. One of the first features I decided on was that the executive chair had to be made of the finest leather and the color of the leather had to enhance the existing office furniture. Even though there are many fabric choices, such as stain-resistant fabrics, breathable mesh, and vinyl; leather seemed the ideal choice since it is easy to clean, visually appealing and long lasting.</p>
<p>After the fabric and color of the executive chair was chosen, then other features were looked into that would enhance the room's decor and provide maximum comfort. The executive chair had to include certain ergonomic characteristics that included features such as: Is the seat height adjustable?  Does the seat pan feel comfortable and fit your shape? Is the chair sturdy, attractive, and complement your current office decor?</p>
<p>The final criteria that was considered was the price. In this case you can't put a price on comfort, especially if you are going to sit in a chair for eight or more hours a day, five or more days per week.</p>
<p>Well now that I've finally done my research and picked the executive office chair that best matches all my criteria all I have left to do is sit back and enjoy it. This negative disposition then makes it even harder for them to contend with those questions and advance.<br />Just practising positive thinking makes it possible for men and women with ADD to focus on our strengths and accomplishments, This increases happiness and motivation which, in turn, allows us to spend more time making progress, and less time feeling down and stuck. The following tips provide practical suggestions that you can use to help you shift into more positive thinking patterns:</p>
<p>1. Be Good To Yourself</p>
<p>It's considerably easier to be positive when you are taking regular exercise, getting sufficient sleep and eating properly.</p>
<p>2. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Grateful For</p>
<p>Your own problems can always be put in perspective when you are reminding yourself constantly of the things that are right in life. If you just take one minute out of your day to take pleasure in those things which are good, it will help make a real major difference to your outlook on life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Have a  crazy &nbsp; home ?  Do you need &nbsp;to get it clean quickly  daily &nbsp;but  do not &nbsp;have the time? (Who genuinely does, anyway.) Well,  I've &nbsp;got your quick-fix-less than 3o minutes a day cleaning tips! Interested? (How could you&nbsp;not be?)  First ,&nbsp; I &nbsp; did  the kitchen,  next &nbsp;the bathroom, and today is the bedroom! Here are your tips for today that should take you about 7 minutes or less.</p>
<p>1.  First , make your bed...You don't even have to fix your sheets. Just  pull &nbsp;your comforter over the top. Your  entire &nbsp; room  will drastically improve with this  effortless &nbsp;step.&nbsp;Be sure to  straighten &nbsp;pillows or blankets that may be on the bed,  as well .&nbsp;No one will ever know what secret you are hiding  under  the comforter. Another quick tip that my husband  loathes : I sometimes stow my pj's under my pillow that I know I will wear the next night. It keeps them off the floor and out of sight.</p>
<p>2.  After that , hang up any  random  clothing or put it in the dirty clothes hamper. This step would be  tons &nbsp; simpler &nbsp;if you  start &nbsp;by not  tossing &nbsp;them somewhere in the first place. We all know that this simply  doesn't &nbsp;happen all the time for whatever reason. But, if you take just a  few &nbsp;minutes to hang up clothes every day, you won't start forming a pile that turns into a bottomless pit. In this step, put away any jewelry that you decided not to wear after trying on the third necklace. (Sound familiar?)</p>
<p>3. This last step is where I just  can not &nbsp;seem to keep up. Clean off your night-table. Somehow, I manage to  perpetually &nbsp;have several different glasses halfway filled up with water on mine. I blame it on the fact that my room is upstairs. But, no more! Remove the glasses, neaten books, etc. and bang! your room is like new.</p>
